Toad - trouble shoot

1. Open toad very slow.
View -> Options -> Editors (General) , unchecked "Syntax highlighting".
2. Cannot use keyboard "delete","Backspace" in Toad SQL Editor.
Close Toad , delete "plsqlkeys.bin" from "\User Files" directory , then open Toad.
